Hi, I’m Vania. I design stuff.

Simply put, I’m a web / graphic designer who specializes in designing marketing materials. I’ve worked as a freelance web / graphic designer in central Pennsylvania since 2006.

I’m currently a senior at Lebanon Valley College, in the home stretch of earning a BS in Digital Communications with a concentration on Communications. As a student of emerging digital media, I’ve been able to develop skills to help clients expand their marketing strategies into the digital market space.

These skills include designing cross-platform websites and app interfaces, engaging customers and constituents with social media, and developing multimedia content (video, Flash… and more video). You’ll see more of that in this portfolio in upcoming months.

This spring, I’m an intern at Lebanon Valley College’s Office of Marketing and Communications. I do everything from write press releases and social media posts to design ads and collaborate on publicity strategies. Check out my resume or LinkedIn profile for more on my professional background.

When I’m not working…

When I do peel my eyes off the computer screen, I’m a typical, social 20-something female. I read, go thrift store shopping, try new coffee shops, watch movies and plays, and get together with friends on weekends. I care about buying fair trade products and environmental sustainability, but I’m not a vegetarian.
