This was a project I did for a graphic design class. It had to be an 8-12 page how-to booklet across 8.5″ x 11″ spreads.

I took the content for the booklet from an entry on the Owl City blog, “How to Become a Pirate.” I drew the graphics by hand in Photoshop and Illustrator and did the layout for each spread in InDesign. I also directed a photo shoot with three friends who posed as “pirates” to act out each point.
